Some great riding in stunning scenery. Route options were clearly communicated and riding was planned around the weather conditions (extreme heat and spectacular thunderstorms!) The guides were always there to encourage us on the climbs or sort out problems, but the organisation just worked.

Brilliant organisation throughout the trip. Great rides; very knowledgeable SITW team including the ride leading, the bike maintenance, the support en-route, the organisation at the accommodation. I couldn’t fault the trip, thoroughly enjoyed it. Oh and Slovenia is beautiful.

This was my first time on a Sisters in the Wild trip and I was so anxious. I was worried I'd be too slow, or find the hills too tough. But I shouldn't have worried. The guides looked after everyone from day one, allowing people to expand into the trip they wanted - for some of the women they wanted to ride alone, while others (me!) wanted a bit more handholding. I felt so looked after, so well included on everything. I think this might have been the best trip I've ever done in my life and am already planning my next one with them. The women were all so welcoming, kind, and inspiring - I couldn't have asked for a better group of strangers to go abroad with. The scenery and routes were phenomenal, lots of time for swimming and sunbathing, and I even enjoyed staying in the hostel dorm! If you're curious about going abroad with your bike and want a fun, inspiring, and attentive group to go with you - please put SITW Slovenia at the top of your list. It's probably the most beautiful country in the world, and you will not regret it.

An absolutely incredible trip. Every day brought stunning mountain scenery and picturesque swimming spots. The route created by the SITW crew strikes the perfect balance of road and gravel, with exhilarating descents and challenging yet achievable climbs.

The week flew by, fantastic place, people, food, chat. Rachael was brilliant, the perfect blend of support, encouragement, advice and counselling! Great memories.
